Delivery Policy

  1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued using your original method of payment.

  1. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer delivery within the Klang Valley area only.
For locations outside this area, delivery may be arranged via a third-party service (subject to availability). Please contact our person-in-charge at 012-260 6824 for more information.

  1. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is confirmed. Please note that delivery times are approximate and start from the date of shipment, not the order date.

We aim to process and deliver all orders within 3 business days (Monday to Saturday), unless otherwise stated.
Please note that we are closed on Sundays and do not process or deliver orders on that day.

Delivery timelines may vary based on factors such as delivery location, courier service availability, method of delivery, and item availability.

If you have any specific delivery instructions (e.g. preferred time, leave at gate, etc.), kindly inform us when placing your order or contact our team via WhatsApp at 012-260 6824.

  1. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are based on the delivery distance and method chosen. For an accurate shipping quote, please WhatsApp us at 012-260 6824.

We offer free delivery, subject to a minimum purchase amount and location. Kindly reach out to confirm if your order qualifies.

Additional charges may apply for remote locations or large/bulk orders. Please contact us beforehand to clarify any additional fees.

If your item arrives with visible damage to the packaging or contents, please contact us immediately at admin@selayanggen.com.my or call 012-260 6824. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
